GPS Removal Services

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

MISLEADING ADVERTISING

Over the past few months we have experienced many inquiries regarding individuals advertising as GPS Removal Services on Craigslist. We are aware that some individuals are doing this and we are attempting to bring this act of fraudulent and misleading representation to an end. GPS Removal Services will always include our main office phone number (602) 579-1727 and/or information to view our website on all adverstisements. Any other phone numbers or contact information other than our own should be considered fraudulent. We ask that you contact us if you suspect any activity as described above and/or for verification on authenticity of the advertisement if you believe it to be suspicious.

Furthermore, If you see an advertisment for services claiming to be offered by GPS Removal Services and/or any individual or company representing themselves as a service that removes gps tracking devices from vehicles, please take precaution as you may be at risk. We have found that some car dealers and finance companies are placing ads so that they can get information on anyone wanting a GPS Tracking device removed. Some have even gone as far as making the caller an appointment for service but their real intention is to check and verify the gps device is in the vehicle and operational. After a few minutes inside the vehicle they will tell you they removed or disconnected it. This didn't really happen and you will be charged as if they did and of course.... you can still be tracked.

WHO IS WORKING ON YOUR CAR?

Our company has been a success because of the experience of our management team and the technicians in the field. Some people are seeing an opportunity to get into this business by providing GPS Tracking removal services. Unfortunately, very many have no real experience at doing this and it has come to our attention that some are damaging vehicles when removing the devices. The problem is, many of these devices are wired into the vehicles ignition systems and some are even wired into the vehicles computer module or factory security system. Removing the device improperly can lead to extensive damage and very expensive repairs which more than likely will not be fixed or paid for by these individuals.

Furthermore, there are certain rules of conduct to be followed in this business. Many of these inexperienced individuals are not abiding by them which could result in you being liable for any civil or criminal act performed by these individuals. Use your best judgement.

Remember to:

Only use a licensed or reputtable business to work on your vehicle.

Make sure the technician is certified to perform the work.

Make sure your vehicle starts when the work is completed and there is no damage.
